Copplestone Castings Terminator Robots

 

Its been a slow painting month. Partly because my car was remodeled for me by someone running into the back of it. So that and other commitments has kind of slowed a few painting projects down sadly.

One little project I have been able to complete is the painting of my Death Robots Combat Team for Traveller RPG. These cool lads are from Copplestone Castings (available through the North Star Military Figures web site. These come from the Copplestone Castings Future Wars line of miniatures.

I've painted them up in the Hyperion colours from Borderlands 2 as these will be an enforcer squad for a future Traveller based roleplaying game that incorporates Pandora and the MegaCorps from Borderlands. So kind of an elite robot Death Squad kind of thingy.

Anyway, these are really nice sculpts and pretty easy to paint up. I plan to get some more ;)

Death Knight

 

The latest addition to the D&D menagerie, a Death Knight. This dude is from Otherworld Miniatures.

The oxidized copper colour was achieved by putting a green wash over bronze. Kind of think it turned out OK.

Just in time to unleash this baddie on the players tomorrow!

Bronze Serpents for D&D

 

The latest addition to my D&D menagerie for inflicting pain on my player characters, please welcome the Bronze Serpents. These are Reaper Miniatures Black Range, Giant Serpents.

They are just a tad taller than the average 28 - 32mm miniature and so their pose, looking down at the character miniature, is kind of funny.

Now, on to the next project.
