Warmaster Mercenary Ogres ready for battle

My hoard of Warmaster Mercenary Ogres is finally completed and on the battle field!

These are the latest recruits to the Ogre Merc's.

One final unit of Bull Ogre Warriors.

A Butcher (Wizard) with walking food pantry and halfling cook assistants.

A Bruiser (Hero) to assist command on the field.

And the Ogre Tyrant (General) for the mercenary band.

Ready for battle. I can feel a battle report coming soon.

Tree-man for 10mm & 28mm by Eureka Miniatures

This mighty dude is from Eureka Miniatures and is an 18mm Tree-man. As you can see from these images, he works well for both 10mm and 28mm.

There are three different sculpts, two of which are near identical. However, being metal, you can bend their limbs to provide a good variety of poses. This one is mounted on a 40mm base. Time to paint some more.

Barrage Miniatures Viking Boat also useful for 10mm & 15mm

So I posted the other day regarding the Barrage Miniatures Viking Boat being useful for 28mm and using it for my D&D game. One thing I also noticed with the Barrage Miniatures boat was that it would also make a pretty decent Viking Longship for 10mm miniatures. As such, it would also be suitable for 15mm as well. I'll show you what I mean:

It's probably just on the larger size for 10mm, and it would require a piece of dowel rod to make a mast for the ship, but I think it does a decent job of it. The Barrage Miniatures Viking Ship would be too big for this, but their smaller boat is a great price and would be very suitable. If it works for 10mm and 28mm, then it would also suit for 15mm miniatures as well.

The Drums of War are beating for Warmaster!

I've been planning this battle for some time now, painting and compiling together miniatures and scenery. Getting near now to being ready to play this one. Given the pandemic lockdowns, its going to have to be a solo bash. Still some work to be done, such as painting the rest of the castle. But I will eventually post a Warmaster battle report on this one. For now, this is eye candy. So enjoy!

Chaos vs Medieval (Bretonnian maybe? Still need to decide). Castle walls are by Kallistra. Most figures are GW Warmaster, Pendraken or Kallistra. Roads and river are from eBay. Bridge is from Kallistra. Hill is the old GW Battleboard. Fields are from Hotz mats.
