USS Daedalus from Shapeways
This miniature comes from Shapeways and is at 1:3125 scale. You can find it here. I chose the Smooth Fine Detail Plastic variant and did a google image search to find the colour style I preferred, painting up the first prototype to check the paint job. Here it is.
